The history of our Gießen-based office started in 1980. Today, we operate mostly in the region of Mittelhessen and in the Rhein Main area, where we focus on a wide range of different sectors. These are industrial buildings, logistics, office buildings, retail spaces, living spaces and education sites. Beneath that we plan conversion and revitalization of land and buildings that are no longer needed in their original use. Our clients include institutional such as private investors, property developers, banks and municipalities.
We work in interdisciplinary teams, consisting of engineers, architects, draftsmen and commercial employees. This enables us covert he entire building process with employees from our company. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of developing and implementing creatively demanding and at the same time cost-conscious solutions for our clients within the given timeframe.
